We’re looking for a hands-on Junior IT Support Technician to support our fast-paced game development studio. This is a highly visible, on-the-floor role where you’ll troubleshoot issues in real time, support developers, and keep our technology running smoothly.

No two days are the same—you’ll be solving problems, supporting events, setting up new starters, and assisting with projects across the studio.

What you'll be doing

-First-line IT support: triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues

-Support hardware, software, networking, and studio tools

-Set up and manage new starter and leaver equipment

-Maintain meeting rooms and support studio events/AV

-Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and system rollouts

-Keep documentation and asset records up to date

What we're looking for

-Strong communication skills and a user-first mindset

-Genuine interest in IT with a proactive, problem-solving approach

-Ability to stay organised and calm under pressure

-Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude

-Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

-Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems

-Familiarity with Windows/Linux, networking basics, AD or M365

-Interest in games or creative industries
