Principal Environment Artist
//DESCRIPTION
As a Principal Environment Artist you will be instrumental for establishing the visual benchmark for the rest of the art team. You will be expected to work closely with Production, Leads, and Directors in order to establish or improve pipelines, identifying potential roadblocks and highlighting any tech or support needed for success.
All candidates must be based in and have the right to work in the UK. At this time we are unable to offer any visa sponsorship.

//RESPONSIBILITIES
-Help the team establish a strong visual benchmark
-Mentoring Environment Artists in order to achieve required results
-Ensure assets meet the expected quality bar and fall within budget
-Meeting all project deadlines
-Participating in and contributing to high-level art discussions
-Considers the big picture, and high-level goals of the project
//REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Expert understanding of current game art processes, limitations and dependencies
-Mastery of relevant software packages such as Blender, Photoshop, Zbrush etc.
-Passion for making and playing games
-In depth knowledge of environment production techniques
-Good Communication skills
-Flexibility and open-mindedness
-Always chasing the highest possible quality
-A portfolio of high quality art Produced
-Self motivated and team focused
-At least 1 AAA shipped title
