Lead Brand Manager
// DESCRIPTION
As BULKHEAD’s Lead Brand Manager you will be responsible for creating, planning, developing and implementing the strategy for both BULKHEAD and our game’s brands. You will manage the execution of high level brand strategy, breaking down and disseminating tasks amongst the brand team. The brand team sits within Operations, responsible for the wellbeing, culture, and support of the game development teams, whilst working closely day to day with the Head of Brand. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with influencers or other relevant parties to ensure brand consistency across multiple channels.
// RESPONSIBILITIES
-Building an impactful and recognizable brand internally and externally, across everything we do at BULKHEAD
- Championing and communicating our values and culture both internally and externally
- Creating and owning budgets aligning to brand and outreach
- Owning the planning and execution of End-to-End strategy of the entire brand
- Managing a team of people working on brand initiatives, including but not limited to Brand Managers, Community Managers, Video Editors, Graphic Designers and Data Analysts
- Responsible for the measurement and reporting performance of all BULKHEAD campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs
- Responsible for monitoring and tracking market trends, research consumer markets and rivals’ activities to support our game’s product placement
- Growing BULKHEAD’s studio brand through new media. E.G. TikTok
- Responsible for Internal Community Management of the studio’s community and culture as we shift to a work from home business model
- Scheduling and achieving Brand presence at industry events, including speaking events, panels, and university outreach events
- Managing internal social tools such as, Slack, Discord, WinningTemp, and any other internal social tools we use
- Creating, planning and managing our games brands and campaigns for releases, updates and any public activity relating to BULKHEAD games
- Pitching and presenting BULKHEAD games and features internally and externally to acquire funding, backing, and support from 3rd parties
- Designing and supporting internal events
// REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven working experience as Brand Manager and Leader
- You know how to build and inspire great teams
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Die hard focus on the studio’s success as a whole
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Outstanding communication skills
